The principal Michael Freeley DipSurv MBA MRICS MCIOB holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Construction and Real Estate. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).<\/p>\n

With over 25 years of industry experience, Michael has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of building surveying, project management, and mediation. His professional experience spans both the domestic and commercial sectors, with property values ranging from \u00a3300,000 to \u00a35 million for residential properties surveyed, and from \u00a31 million to \u00a310 million for commercial properties either surveyed or having provided professional services on<\/p>\n

He has considerable experience in party wall consultancy, regularly acting in the statutory role of Surveyor under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.<\/p>\n

In project management, Michael has overseen a wide range of developments over the years \u2014primarily in the commercial sector\u2014with project values ranging from \u00a3500,000 to over \u00a330 million and applying this experience equally to domestic projects.<\/p>\n

As an accredited RICS Mediator, Michael provides mediation services typically covering building contract and boundary disputes.<\/p>\n
